Portal Overview and Video

Our goal with the portal is to help your company deliver responses to inquiries as efficiently as possible by using a secure, cloud-based, web application. In addition, the Project Portal will allow teams to share and collaborate and refine the selections over time.

Features include:


  • Easily juggle multiple projects, keep the equipment selections and documents all in one place
  • Curate the tables of equipment types (pumps, heat exchangers, valves, etc.) -- easily export to Excel, CSV, PDF
  • Collaborate with your team "in the cloud" on projects and equipment selections
  • Project documents are available in the cloud (vs being stuck on a colleague's desktop), 24x7
  • Generate project schedules (aka, tabular listing of equipment)
  • Package up specific documentation for the project to share with your client
  • Automate new user registration/sign-up

The Project Portal treats projects simply as a list of different Equipment Type items. For example:

  • 10 pumps
  • 3 heat exchangers
  • 27 valves

The Portal supplies out-of-the-box selectors. But also allows you to add your own equipment types customized to meet your needs across projects.


The project output -- or "schedule" -- can be shared in many ways:

  • A direct link for your client to click on and gain access to a read-only view
  • Or various file outputs that you can email


    • Printed as a PDF
    • Combined into a ZIP
    • Exported to Excel
    • Exported as CSV file(s)
