Forgot Password

If you have successfully logged into the Portal many times before, but now cannot remember your password, this article is for you.

However, if you are having trouble logging in for the first time and seem "stuck in a loop" then please send us a private message with your name and email and we will help get you "unstuck."

If you forgot your password, you will be back in business in no time by following these easy steps:

• On the Sign In form...
• Click "Forgot your password?" link
• Enter your email
• You will then be sent a special email
• Open the email and follow the directions

TIP: If you cannot find the email, check your junk folders!

NOTE: the reset email is only valid for a short while, and then it expires for security reasons. If you receive an "Invalid Token" just try to go back through the above process and click on the link in the email immediately.

PRO TIP: You can use a program such as "1password" to securely save your passwords. That also allows the passwords to be extra secure when they need to be and you do not have to remember any of them!
